April 6, 1944 – August 6, 2024
James “Jim” Eifert, age 80, of London formerly of Tavistock passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at LHSC – Victoria Hospital, London. Loving father of Jen (Jamie) Steeper, and Jason Eifert. Amazing grandpa of Josselyn, and Jackson Steeper, and Katey, and Lyric Eifert. Jim was also a loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Carl and Bessie (Krug) Eifert, his sister and her husband Carolyn (Ron) Seltzer and brother John Eifert.
Jim was an employee with Chrysler in Windsor for 38 years before his retirement. He was a lifelong Leafs fan and loved going to Disney World.
Friends and relatives are invited to a Celebration of Jim’s Life at the Civic Garden Complex, 625 Springbank Drive, London on Thursday, August 15th from 6:30 – 8:30pm. Cremation has taken place.
Donations to London Health Sciences Foundation in Jim’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
