Passed away after a long battle, with his family by his side, on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Patricia (Guerra Costa) Oliveira for 15 years. Cherished father of Benjamin Oliveira, Daniel Oliveira, and Davi Oliveira. Survived by his loving mother Idalina Menezes. Dear brother and brother-in-law Cinelandia Menezes, Cristina de Oliveira, Connie (Jose) Medeiros, Elizabeth Oliveira, Vallerie (Daniel Moniz) Oliveira. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and by the extended Guerra Costa families. Predeceased by his infant daughter Sarah Francis (1989), and his father Agnelo Rebelo Oliveira (1998).
Frank was born in the Azores and came to Canada with his family as a child. They settled in London, ON where he completed his primary and secondary schooling and then continued to Western University, where he completed his degree in Economics. In his free time, Frank enjoyed writing poems and sailing. He truly enjoyed spending time on the water with his family and teaching his favourite games to his kids.
In keeping with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation & Celebrations, Arva (519-963-4003)
