November 14, 1946 – August 24, 2024
Carol passed away at LHSC – University Hospital after a brief battle with cancer on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of William and Jo-Ann Barnard, the late Catherine and the late Lothar Kuhnke, and the late Barbara and Fred Nantu. Loving aunt of Shane, Cheryl, Tracy, Heather, Carrie, Aaron, Jean, Jenny, and Cathy-Jane. Predeceased by her loving mother Mary Louise and father Harry Edward Barnard.
Carol will be remembered for her devotion to her many years at London Life and to her Building Management Committee at 1600 Adelaide St. N, London.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
Donations to the MS Canada or Shriners Hospital for Children would be appreciated by the family.

There are no words when our loved ones are chosen to go home to be with our loved ones already in Heaven waiting for us. My Dad, Howard Budden and Carol were cousins but she was my cousin too. My Mom and I made a trip from Florida to London in June this year and I made sure to see my Barnard cousins. I am so happy that we did not knowing what the next months would hold. Loving, Caring thoughts and Prayers for the entire Barnard family and friends! Especially to my cousin Bill Barnard ❤️. Much love and comfort from Mom and I both!! 🥰

I’m shocked and sad to just hear about the death of Carol. We enjoyed a friendship at London Life and renewed our connection through having lunches together. My condolences to Carol’s family. Please let me know when the celebration of life will be for Carol.
