September 9, 1939 – August 15, 2024
William (Bill) McKenzie passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 15, 2024, just 3 weeks shy of his 85th Birthday. Dear father of Derrick (Connie), Kevin, Chad (Kim) and their mother, Shirley Collins. Beloved grandfather of Jacob (Alicia) and Brendan (Sarah) and great grandfather of Isabella and James.
Bill was a quiet person who enjoyed his collectables, with a love for horses, the stock market and was long time devoted employee of Labatt’s. Special thanks to the amazing staff at Elmwood Place, and then McGarrell Place.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to My Sisters Place in London would be greatly appreciated.

Knew Bill for so many years at the brewery.
Super nice guy and a pleasure to talk with.
It’s been both a pleasure and an honour to have known him
One of the nicest guys I’ve known in my life.
You will be missed “Whispering Bill”.

Worked with Bill for many years at the brewery! Most times, you would find him on the sealer; but just as often on carton make-up or as a late man. In a place as noisy as the brewery was, his quiet manner was greatly appreciated.
Condolences to his family. A good guy. Ed Woods.

I trust he resting in eternal peace free from the pain and struggles in this world.
